Ward T13 North. Rm 15. My mum has been an inpatient on this ward for 3 1/2 weeks. Whilst on the ward she received the most exemplary care. She was looked after with dignity, respect and humour. It was a very worrying and stressful time for all, and your amazing staff, mostly nurses, but everyone we came in contact with was kind, cheerful and so so helpful. You made a real effort to help us out when mum was scared, Ill and gave us comfort and reassurance. Thanks particularly to Helen (Physio), Antonia, Jason and Amanda (nurses). THANKYOU ALL!
