This was a first visit by the Julie to access mum and advice of services available. Julie was very caring and friendly when speaking to mum and after she felt, mum expressed what a nice person and how nice of her to call. We have had the Trinity nurses previously in 2013 and 2015 and we were very pleased and grateful for their care and advice under difficult circumstances.
