Good, but wished there was a sitting service, as dad was anxious and a visit could have helped more than just phone call.
Great to know your there to support mum and dad when I cannot be there.
Exceptionally good.
Treatments (complimentary) - lovely. Everybody cheerful and polite. I feel like I fit in. Staff can't do enough - nothing too much trouble!! Feels satisfied and happy with the service.
No improvement needed.
Excellent service, so kind, wonderful staff. Nothing too much trouble.
I was the friend of a patient ,and all I can say is what a fantastic place with fantastic staff and volunteers .I have no complaints whatsoever a lovely place for my dear friend to spend his last few days . Trinity has an emotional but lovely feel about it , I would totally recommend this place to anyone found in this difficult position in their life .
I was initially struck by the calm and serenity of the whole place especially the beautiful gardens. Everyone from the reception staff to nursing ream to the volunteers were profesdional compassionate respectful and caring. Kirsty stood out in particular who was wonderful with my friend and his family. Sadly we lost Steve but thanks to Dr Sue for ensuring he had a peaceful end. Thank you for helping my friends and family through what was a heart breaking time. Respect and dignity were afforded Steve, a man who was loved derply by his family and friends and who is going to be missed by so many.
The service you offer is exceptional. I only wish the NHS could offer the same standard of care.
Staff know the patient very well.
