Immediately made to feel welcome and offered refreshments and a seat. The place is very well lit and open plan. The room I sat in during my chatw as private and snug yet also well lit and airy. There is nothing depressing about this place which was of great benefit to me and Netta whom I chatted with was patient, understanding, helpful and just lovely! I feel I can move on now but was assured if I needed another counselling session all I had to do was ring them. It was reassuring to know I could do that.

Adelle measured my leg carefully and explained everything fully. I was informed that due to the improvement made I can be discharged. Nothing could be improved and I have felt lucky that I have been seen by Adele on all my visits.
