Very hard to get pain under control and wanted her to get better but not going to happen, so nothing they could do was right as I was so distressed at the situation and heart broken.
The care that I received was very professional at all times.
Amazing service. To know there on the end of a phone is brilliant. So supportive wish it was in the day as well.
Care home. Very happy with service.
Very happy, excellent service. Phoned regular, visited as soon as could. So supportive.
I have been a patient twice.first time I was so scared of the “hospice “.i have breast cancer that’s spread I was so low.. every member of staff gave me time and care including volunteers.the building is lovely the gardens are amazing.not at all what I expected.
The second time I came in I felt more comfortable my cancer has spread to my brain now. But once again these wonderful super heroes made me feel safe..
please come round and have a look at what happens here it’s not just a place to die it’s much more x lots of people manage to get home like me for awhile . And if it’s not there time to go home there looked after with so much care and compassion xxx
Don’t think I could suggest anything other than clone your staff and volunteers they are amazing .
The Trinity Hospice cared for both my parents, and they were wonderful. We couldn't have asked for more loving care. I am now volunteering at the Trinity as I wanted to "give something back". I Love volunteering here and would recommend it to anyone.
I have heard of the Trinity Hospice but have never had any dealing with it before now, I think more advertising could be done to let people know more about it. I did not know that both myself and my husband could have therapy sessions there, that is a wonderful thing not only for the patient but for the carer aswell.
Nothing was too much trouble down to the smallest thing.
So kind and so good. All care.
