My daughter appears to enjoy her time at Brian house and has a good relationship with staff and volunteers. My daughter likes that the day is full of activities which she can choose if she wants to partake or not. Staff encourage her to play and share with others and she appears to be making friends. Staff are brilliant and very person centered in the service they deliver. It's good to receive the newsletter to see what has happened and is coming up.

From the moment we contracted Trinity about my mum Elizabeth Smith, we were blow away by how caring and compassionate the staff were. My mum was brought to Trinity on Thursday 1st November and the care she received as well Asher family was second to none. All the staff and volunteers were friendly, thoughtful and very professional. We were advised of the care every step of the way. We loved how the nurses and staff talked to my mum so respectfully always telling her what they were doing even when she couldn't talk or respond. When we stayed with my mum at night, they made us beds up and sat with us in the night asking about mum and they always remembered our names. In our dearest times, Trinity was alight for us and gave us hope, we would never forget the compassion we received and will be forever grateful.
