Without reservation, the care on the IPU at Trinity Hospice exceeded expectations and met every level of meaning embodied in the ward here, patients and family are treated as human beings, as individuals, with full understanding of their unique needs. All staff appears to have limitless time to support patients and family. She never experienced a culture of care such as this which truly has earned the name we are forever grateful. Thank you.
