Immense care and compassion. Nothing too much trouble and all needs seem to promptly. Great determination to sort out complex problems so I can go back home much better than I arrived. Catering staff really excellent, try very hard to give me a diet I can keep down.

Mum, death was very peaceful and calm, service provided was amazing, great to know there every night and on the end of a phone for support.

Excellent from start to finish. Tracey Wilson fabulous, friendly, professional. She explained things clearly, listened to me, gave me some literature, even advised about free prescriptions which I wasn't aware of. 1st class customer service. Thanks a lot.
