Trinity Hospice, Low Moor Road, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY2 0BG
The large armchairs need altering - the cushion part of the arm slopes too short. Cardboard bedpans very uncomfortable - especially if you are thin. Food good - excellent soup.
All aspects of my care and treatment have been given with respect and consideration for myself. All staff are helpful and friendly making visits very comfortable.
The facilities at Brian House are fantastic, every age is catered for, every child/young adult is warmly welcomed and treated with skill and importantly love. Parents/carers and family are always welcome and the support we are given is outstanding. I know that when my son has time in Brian House he will be cared for to the highest degree, but most importantly he will be having fun - a very important thing if you have life/threatening condition. If they also had a hospice for twenty five years and life would be perfect.
All the staff go above and beyond to ensure the safety of patients and also to keep you updated on what is happening.
Friendly and attentive staff, great with all the kids, very nice place to be.
