I was made to feel very welcome and settled straight away. I was even offered a room the next day with ensuite shower to suit my needs. Every single member of staff worked at the highest standard giving the best care. Nothing was too much trouble at any time of the day.
Suggested improvements
For that extra personal touch - keep reminding us as patients your names. As it is very difficult now with COVID19 - facemasks to remember and put a name to a face./nThanks. You are all so lovely.
