Positive and upbeat attitude of staff and volunteers. Attention to detail with my father in terms of sharing him, skin care, interest in his personal preferences. For viewings of the body it may help others to prepare them for the changing state of the body (i.e temperature in certain places of the body (hands etc) and hue of the skin) over a short space of time. Our families are very grateful to Trinity hospice. A wonderful place.
