Roman enjoyed his respite stay at Brian House last week. Mum was unhappy to be asked to provide up to date medication label shortly prior the admission. It was explained to her this was needed for transcribing and to ensure the correct medicaion dose was administered.

Mum feels she is not as close to staff as previously, the personal relationship is not the same. Management are happy that staff are conducting themselves within their boundaries.
