I really enjoyed the meeting when Claire and lyn originally came to see me. Together with the follow up calls from pain to see how I am doing on a monthly basis.
Suggested improvements
I did call one evening and spoke to someone about how I request a new {} form as mine is coming to its 3 year validation period end. I felt as though I was rushed a little of the call as the nurse could not answer my question. I have since found the answer.
