Feedback given from patients wife during bereavement call. Wife relived that her husband was cared for in this hospice in his final days of life. Felt she was not listened to when her husband was in the hospital when she tried to express she felt he was dying. Grateful that she was involved in his final days at the hospice and nothing was too much trouble. She felt confident that she could approach staff at any time. She appreciated CNS support, prompt response and continuous visits/calls.
