Overall I feel the care given by Brian House staff is very good.
But on Oliver's recent respite stay staff did not advise no he had spasms earlier on discharge day. Olive had recently come off medication to control { }, so I had to contact his consultant on Saturday for advice. Also staff did not bring his medication home with on transport which resulted in another manager or staff having to come out later in the day to bring his medication.
Suggested improvements
Better communication on regarding Oliver's spasms on discharge.
