1. Competent and approachable nurse. I was able to discuss any concerns in a relaxed manner. 2. Nurse took on board my feelings and responded in a correct manner. I really cannot point to anything which I feel can be improved. I think this is a most valuable service and have been very impressed with guidance I have received. Thanks.
