My sister and I have been wrapped in a warm soft blanket since. We came here with mum after a very traumatic period. You have kept mum safe, comfortable and respect her dignity.
Suggested improvements
You have provided us with more support than I have ever received including assisting with dads care home provision. I feel healthier and more repaired than before. The catering is excellent and everyone is so kind.
