Jane Lever in particular was supportive, informative, compassionate and thorough during our meetings in person and on the phone. Her help was invaluable and consistent.

Suggested improvements
Hospice at home was quite confusing. Wasn’t sure exactly when we could utilise this service. Sometimes reading the information pack is near impossible when dealing with a crisis and retaining the info is difficult. A verbal conversation explaining exactly what happens, when and with whom would be more helpful. A list of useful numbers including out of hours etc all in one place.
