Taylor is a lot more settled when coming to Brian house and has made a special bond with one member of staff. All of the staff take great care of her and she enjoys her stays there. Mum sends more time with her other child and husband when Taylor is at Brian house.
Suggested improvements
Respite stays would be better if longer than I night.
