Covid - A comment was made that PPE supplies were a reason family could not see my mum before she died. This was insensitive and suggested gloves were more important than my mum seeing her grandchildren one last time to say goodbye. However we were incredibly lucky for her to be cared for in such an amazing place, surrounded by kind, compassionate people. Thank you!!! Losing my mum was the most painful experience of my life. The Trinity team made this bearable and showed professional, excellence and so much kindness to my mum and myself. Thank you. Covid: We feel Covid restrictions were understandable, but think more could have been done to make use of a social distance visit from the garden/not entering the room but wave of 5 minutes message.
