Very happy with the care that Diane received on IPU, nursing and medical teams treated her with dignity and respect at all times. The only negative comment was that they were taken aback that discharge planning had been discussed. They were of the impression that Diane would stay on IPU until she died. Avril stated that no- one had said at any time that future care planning would be discussed if symptoms plateaued.
