The waiting area and cafe were nice. The receptionist was kind and very patient (her name was Alex, she had blonde hair). Water was available, parking was better than expected, waiting time was less than 2 hours. Staff all had good demeanour.
Suggested improvements
I was referred by 111, however I don’t think any of that information was passed on. It didn’t seem like there was an easy way for the 111 clinician to refer me, get an appointment, or give information to the clinic to make their life easier.
When I arrived, I wasn’t given any information about how long it might take to be seen, although there were signs that said ‘less than 1 hour’. I wasn’t given any information on what I could do if things got worse or any risks to look out for (I had a neck injury).

Seen relatively promptly. Quick X-ray with results shortly after.
The lady in the cafe was great. I fancied a cuppa but could not carry it as i was on crutches. She carried it round for me. I was very grateful.
Suggested improvements
The lady at the desk lacked empathy and was off hand. I was in pain and on crutches but she still expected me to carry a clipboard. She could have brought it over and collected it. She wasn’t that busy. When I asked about waiting time she basically just pointed to the time on the desk. In fact it was quicker and all I wanted to know if the time was still accurate. I think everyone arrives at minor injuries not at their best so a better manner would be appreciated.

The level of care from the nurses, and consultants/ doctors was of a very high standard, especially with the side patients which I witnessed.

From start to finish we received first class treatment.
The nurses were absolutely amazing as were the doctors.
