Jack was absolutely fantastic, he engaged with my son fully and explained everything that was going on and put him fully at ease while also taking me through everything. We left feeling extremely reassured that we had received the best possible outcome.
He also called us on the Monday to follow up on our visit to check further actions had gone ahead.
I would highly recommend Henley to anyone who needs to visit minor injuries
