All the staff this morning were incredibly helpful and friendly. A huge thank you to all of them.
My husband was seen immediately for the gash in his hand.
The nurse Jack did a superb job of stitching, my husband’s hand. A special big thank you to Jack.
What a wonderful clean pleasant building to be in.
All round, it was an excellent experience of the NHS - thank you again.

The nurse I spoke to was great, she explained that I cannot be treated there and contacted a doctor on duty, she also gave me a referral to take to A&E as I needed a blood test. She called me the next day just to check how I was doing, which was very nice

It would be great if the unit offered blood tests and some urgent care, it would save people from having to go to the Royal Berks
