I don’t feel safe on the ward because of certain patients who are abusive both physically and verbally to others. It makes me nervous. Aside that all the staffs are lovely and beautiful. Only think is I want to go home.

A security guard to be present on the ward. Stop serving the same food.

When you want help you call them help they came some time take little bit long but overall good. They are kind all but some one bit harsh.

Weekend activities is nill there is no activities need to do something activity to keep busy and fresh when we sleep staff talk very loud outside it make my sleep disturb sometime.

Staff do not seem to know their time. They say wait a minute then most of them ignore you.

I would rate you as excellent, your care towards my husband was caring and compassionate. You also helped me, his wife in this very difficult time. You gave my husband back some quality of life.
