When you want help you call them help they came some time take little bit long but overall good. They are kind all but some one bit harsh.
Suggested improvements
Weekend activities is nill there is no activities need to do something activity to keep busy and fresh when we sleep staff talk very loud outside it make my sleep disturb sometime.

I wish them good luck and I hope they get more pay. One of tall guy is very helpful and nice man.

Staff do not seem to know their time. They say wait a minute then most of them ignore you.

I would rate you as excellent, your care towards my husband was caring and compassionate. You also helped me, his wife in this very difficult time. You gave my husband back some quality of life.
