I am 68 and have never had an operation before, so I was a little apprehensive to say the least. Everyone were wonderful, kind, happy, friendly, made sure I was alright and that I knew what was happening. They couldn't have done more. The food was amazing as were the skills of the consultant and those around him. I couldn't fault the experience.

I had a total hip replacement surgery performed by Mr Auld at the Three Shires 6 weeks ago. From the very first appointment I found the hospital to be really well organised, and staff were all courteous, kind & helpful. During my short stay all staff, from nurses & doctors, theatre staff, physios , caterers & of course Mr Auld were so kind & caring & looked after me very well. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone & this was really appreciated. I am still having physiotherapy which has been so helpful in my recovery. I would have no hesitation in recommending Three Shires to anyone who wants excellent care. Thank you everyone!

PROFIT BEFORE PATIENTS! The reception staff always greeted me with respect and kindness - very helpful. My stay at the hospital was as expected. The room was clean. The nursing staff at this hospital are second to none. My second orthopedic surgery recovery was difficult but my private insurance covered me for five days. The discharge nurse wasn't having any of it and said she needed the bed and couldn't get me out quick enough. I suffered for it at home as had to return a week later from post surgery fainting and other issues. The administrative process is good, reception staff respectful and friendly, nursing staff, as mentioned great. Catering staff lovely, food was as you would expect. My overall feelings about this hospital is that is all about money and getting patients through the door as quickly as possible. I would definately not use Circle Health again.

Sorry I had to be hit by a car to visit. Every thing was first class, wish the Ambulance had taken me straight to them.
