Consultant was excellent Nursing care was awful had to ask three times for a urine pot, was sick in the bed because a sick bowl as not provided Food excellent Administration awful accosted over payment which was covered by insurance the reception would not accept the letters of authorisation kept waiting for 1.5 hours in reception on day of operation, no apology that they were wrong Such a shame excellent facilities poor staff
