I have been really disappointed with the outcome of surgery for varicose veins. Surgeon and hospital staff were very pleasant and professional but cosmetically there has been limited change to the areas I highlighted at my initial consultation. After complaining the fee for a minor follow up procedure was waived but I have spent a lot of money and undergone an unpleasant procedure that I would not have gone ahead with had I known what the results would be.
