I felt like their was always someone to talk to and help me understand the way I was feeling.
- To maybe explain to service users more that it's not acceptable to speak to other service users about end of life plans as staff aren't always present when conversations are happening.

I felt welcomed from day one to day 7, staff were always polite and caring an easy to talk to the warren is a comfortable place that I felt mainly calm at all times.

Kind, caring natured staff, easy to talk to. Lovely chilled environment.

It was really helpful to go somewhere peaceful instead I hospital. It was also helpful to be able to talk to someone whenever I needed to, for as long and as often as I needed to.
- The beds were very narrow, and I needed to bring my own weighted blanket to begin sleeping more comfortably.

Staff were very engaging and really interacted in how I was feeling. I was made to feel welcome by everyone I met.

I thought the staff here were amazing, looked for us when did not have too and always there to talk too about anything that was on my mind.
- Nothing to be honest, delivery of meds from Berrywood could of been better, not for the wont of trying by the staff. Not staffs fault Berrywood just seemed a bit slower.
