I thought the staff here were amazing, looked for us when did not have too and always there to talk too about anything that was on my mind.

Nothing to be honest, delivery of meds from Berrywood could of been better, not for the wont of trying by the staff. Not staffs fault Berrywood just seemed a bit slower.

I felt like their was always someone to talk to and help me understand the way I was feeling.

To maybe explain to service users more that it's not acceptable to speak to other service users about end of life plans as staff aren't always present when conversations are happening.

I felt welcomed from day one to day 7, staff were always polite and caring an easy to talk to the warren is a comfortable place that I felt mainly calm at all times.

It was really helpful to go somewhere peaceful instead I hospital. It was also helpful to be able to talk to someone whenever I needed to, for as long and as often as I needed to.

The beds were very narrow, and I needed to bring my own weighted blanket to begin sleeping more comfortably.

Staff were very engaging and really interacted in how I was feeling. I was made to feel welcome by everyone I met.
