Didn’t feel safe in the care in this hospital, not enough staff to cover the number of patients.
Staff don’t listen to the patients and do their own things.
Rude staff in maternity, after a traumatic birth I was refused help to lift my baby and help with feeding. Verbally abused by staff members. I have had a complaint in with the ulster since august and they keep saying no update no update.
I ended up with abscesses in my womb following my care here and also my baby nearly died. Wouldn’t send my dog to the ulster
