Having visited another private hospital prior to the Nuffield at Tunbridge Wells I can honestly say that the staff at the Nuffield are far more professional, kinder, friendlier and helpful. Everyone went out their way to make me feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. This was the same at every appointment. The hospital is scrupulously clean. Everything runs calmly to time and you are always made to feel important. The standard of care I received could not have been better. If I had a choice I would opt for this hospital every time.
