Was lucky enough to be booked into the Sloane for a day treatment .. I found staff to be so lovely from the lady at reception to the lady that bought me a sandwich and a coffee .. Special mention to my nurses Alison & Janet who were wonderful and to my guardian angel Patsy who held my hand until I fell asleep and hugged me when I left …. I felt safe, understood and cared for ! Thank you all for all you do - you really are unsung heroes.. xxxx
