What is good that our daughter is able to be heard and learn new skills.

I think the difficult part is when kids learn negative skills from other patients.

Thank you for raising this. We do recognise that at times young people can learn negative skills form other patients so staff do try and ensure that alternative coping skills & strategies are provided and facilitated with them so they have more appropriate means of engaging.
