Both the medical staff and the admin staff are always very helpful and the medical team are always very caring and supportive. Unfortunately being a cancer patient attending appointments, particularly when you going along to hear the results of a scan, is just a very stressful time. The medical team today, like on every other visit, were very aware of my anxiety and were very understanding of my feelings and gave me the support I needed.

Everyone I had contact with was so caring and attentive.
I felt that I was treated as an individual and they had lots of time for me.

Punctual and lovely staff. However as it was a Saturday it would have helped to have been warned that the department for the scan had been moved. My husband had difficulty, finding me after packing!!

Pleasant staff. Very helpful. Upon arrival as it was a Saturday not clear that I had to book in having been directed to the waiting area.

During my short-stay as an inpatient on fast ward of Bud Flanagan Unit. I can honestly say the treatment and care I received from all the staff has been exemplary. Anything which caused concern was given priority. As my admission was totally unexpected - I was attending and planned outpatient appointment - I had only what I was wearing and no personal hygiene items. All of these were supplied, even a charge for my mobile. A big thank you to all staff.
