I was really impressed with the professionalism, teamwork and personal care given by all of the radiographers and staff in the radiotherapy department. When I arrived early for appointments, I was often called for treatment early, and only had to wait a short time twice out of 20 sessions. The radiographers explained what they were doing and were very reassuring, putting me totally at ease at a difficult time. I would especially like to mention Esther and Sally, but was impressed with the whole team and the way you worked seamlessly together in different pairs. I cannot think of anything that needs to change to improve the service, keep doing what you are doing!
