Based on our experience, we have had an excellent care here. -Friendly and patient nurses, very helpful with information. -Excellent medical care from the medical team including CNSs. -Holistic care has been thought out well. -Medical, social, play therapists/playroom, entertainment for children, open access to help on and when needed, school. Cleanliness could be more thorough with the floor cleaning, daily mopping of the floor would be good - floor and up being sticky with spills despite wiping with wet tissue.
