What was bad was I was told my appointment was for 12.00. The literature I was given said arrive 90 minutes earlier. However the actual appointment time was 1.30, so consequently I arrived 2 hours too early!
Please give the correct appointment time and allow the patient to allow the right time to arrive!
The appointment was for pre-radiotherapy and at CT scan.
Two hours waiting time sitting in outpatients is a bloody long time!
