Question 6 - We have sometimes had conflicting information about treatment plans but nothing major.
Question 8 - This was not an issue for TCTU or RMH, the unit was as preferred place, just a long way away.
Without exception the staff have all been fantastic. The attention to individual needs and wants was superb. The only issue we encountered was out of hours access, more so getting at to the car park when the down stairs corridor was shut. Really frustrating and quite intimidating walk in the dark on your own!
