I haven’t answered the last 3 questions as they aren’t applicable.

I was unaware until I arrived at the hospital that I would need a carer card to allow my husband to enter the hospital with me. It would have been helpful to have been made aware of this prior to my visit. However, the issue was dealt with professionally and sensitively by the Reception staff.
