Nida, knowledgeable but could spend more time slowing down and responding to patient questions. She gave medicines but had to be repeatedly asked what it was. Sam, very friendly and helpful. Remembered us from last visit. Ali, brilliant! Takes so much time and care. She ensures you are comfortable at each step and explains a lot. A credit to the ward. Ashley is great! Sad to see her go on the whole, today's experience was positive.
