Everything about the care received was usually excellent but when you were transferred to another hospital the 'nightmare' begins, the marsden doctor says 'if you have not heard within a fortnight phones up. This in my experience does not happen. Many phone calls taken by the patient might eventually lead to appointment being given this system needs changing.
