Excellent care. Friendly, sensitive, caring. Refreshment offered by member of Marsden (for example offering cups of water) is much appreciated. Staff get to know you and remember you by name between visits. Staff make a difficult time as pleasant as possible. Can't think of any improvements except waiting times, but perhaps that can't be helped.
