I received excellent care and treatment during my visit to the clinical assessment unit. All the staff were competent and caring. I was particular impressed with Constantin (HCA) who made me an effort to chat to me whilst my treatment was being delivered. He demonstrated the right balance of empathy and humour which lifted my spirits. I cannot think of anything that needs improving.
