All the nurses were excellent in the care, however the catering staff were rude.

I am so very much impressed with everything in this ward. The staff have all been amazing, professional and friendly.

The care I received was great!!! All the nurse look after me well and I will be forever grateful!!!

The care I received from the ward staff was excellent. They were very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The support and involvement from associated departments e.g. physiotherapy, nutrition, critical care follow-up, was of an equally high standard. The only hiccup was on discharge. There did not seem to be a single point responsibility for co-ordinating/providing prescribed medication to take home. I was unaware that I had not been given all of my medication. The ward alerted me by phone the following day and the omissions were then couriered to me.

The whole thing. All the nurses were friend and did the task with great authority. Even the dinner ladies were friendly and kind. Altogether a great ward to be on. Would love to come back here if I have to visit again.

Very attentive staff, kind, patient good at their jobs. A little noisy at night and to much light disturbed sleep.
