the service is good from all staff however when offering tea/coffee. no hot chocolate was mentioned I only drink hot chocolate (sorry)

the people i.e doctors, nursing and all the staff - very helpful & caring.
the food needs a major overhall - especially as its a hospital - but food would be a great change, maybe a jamie oliver like change.

Most caring, attentive nursing with good sense of humour when it mattered.
Disappointed to be put in a cupboard to feed myself after having kidney function test!

Staff very attentive to our relative's needs. Very caring.
Improvement - layout of ward to allow for greater privacy of patient immediately opposite the entrance to the ward.

Nothing can be improved. The treatament, the staff is great. They are doing the job properly and responsibly. I surely will recommend the ward to friends if they needed similar care.
