I loved the care I got on the ward. I felt that everyone was professional, I was always given a name and who they are in regards to me and my care. I appreciated the time everyone took to explain who they are and what they're doing. I felt like all the staff especially the nurses were interested in me as a prison, not just a a patient. I fell that I was always given enough time with staff. Everyone was really friendly and smiley and that was really helpful for me. I never felt like I was being rushed down to or patronized. I really appreciated everyone's concerns about my dignity. Even though these gowns don't care much and I have a catheter. I was always made to feel dignified. In summary, I think you're all amazing and I really appreciate the care I've been given especially by wonderful nurses. Prudence, John, Alive and Lilly. Thank you.
