- Chemo not made up early enough (not authorised by medical team) to have on days so had to stay unnecessary night in hosp.
- Medical team juniors seemingly not well supported by seniors.
- Nursing staff very kind and attentive and helpful.
- Food service team kind and efficient.
- Room very clean, nice day room on ward.
