All staff were friendly and all questions were answered in detail. The worst Middlesex Hospital had to be used twice for the treatment of side effect. Here treatment and communication with staff was appalling. I was left with a catheter (urinary) in site form at least two weeks and the department would take responsibility for removing it. We were finally given an appointment for another six weeks time, waiting periods to see anyone about anything were interminable at West minded.
