I had absolutely fantastic service from all of the radiotherapy team at the Royal Marsden Chelsea but in particular the team who look after the Reuben linac machine. On my first day I met with Kirsten who was brilliant at easing my concerns and fears and calmly talked through with me what was to be expected. After a few days in, I was greeted by the reception team by name and made to feel very comfortable. All of the team were amazing but a special mention should go to Kirsten and Mena who gave me amazing care and support and were with me pretty much all the way through my 33 sessions of radiotherapy and later in my treatment Roisin, who supported me in the later sessions. All of the team do a great job in difficult circumstances and I really admire them for what they do. Thank you. (I have not rated the meals section above as it was non-applicable to me).
